Intellectual Property Counsel, NICTA

Peter is the IP Counsel at NICTA. His work involves the intersection of legal and commercial matters, technology and IP management. Prior to NICTA Peter worked for the Australian Photonics CRC which conducted R&D, commercialization, and education in the field of photonics.

Peter has a Bachelor of Laws from Queensland University, a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Hons 1) from University of Technology, Sydney and a Graduate Diploma of Corporate Governance from Chartered Secretaries Australia. He is a trustee of the Licensing Executives Society of Australian and New Zealand (LESANZ), the local chapter of a preeminent global organization for people who are interested in advancing the business of intellectual property globally
